Resistent hypertensjon: nye behandlingsmuligheter

Pasienter med resistent hypertensjon har høy kardiovaskulær risiko, der blodtrykket er en av flere risikofaktorer. Som ellers er totalrisiko viktig i vurderingen av ev. intervensjon med renal denervasjon.

Renal denervasjon er kun tilgjengelig på spesialiserte sentra. I Norge er bl.a. Oslo Universitetssykehus, Ullevål i gang med et prosjekt.
