Hva menes med vitamin- og mineraltilskudd?

Følgende vitaminer og mineraler kan inngå i slike kosttilskudd: Vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, tiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), folat, pantotensyre, biotin, kalsium, fosfor, magnesium, jern, jod, sink, selen, kopper, krom, mangan, fluor, molybden.
